We currently deliver across India through trusted courier and logistics partners.

Delivery availability may vary for certain remote or restricted locations.

• Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
• Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
• During festivals, seasonal sales, or peak gardening seasons, processing times may be slightly longer.

3. Estimated Delivery Time

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier operations, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances.

6. Live Plant Shipping

As plants are living products:

• Minor leaf drop or slight soil displacement during transit is normal.
• Plants may require a few days to recover after delivery.
• Seasonal variations in plant appearance are natural.

These conditions do not indicate that the plant is damaged.

7. Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive:

• Shipment Updates (via Email, SMS, or WhatsApp where available)

You can track your shipment using the courier’s tracking system.

8. Delivery Attempts

Our courier partners generally make multiple delivery attempts.

If delivery fails because:

additional shipping charges may apply for re-delivery.
