The Role
We’re looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused professional who can help grow our online and offline business while delivering an exceptional customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries via phone, WhatsApp, website, and social media.
- Assist customers in selecting the right plants and gardening products.
- Manage online orders and coordinate with the dispatch team.
- Build long-term relationships with customers and landscaping clients.
- Support promotional campaigns and seasonal sales activities.
Requirements
- Experience in Sales or Customer Support.
- Excellent communication skills in Bengali and Hindi (English is an advantage).
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Positive attitude with strong problem-solving skills.
2. Nursery Executive / Plant Care Specialist
The Role
As a Nursery Executive, you’ll help maintain the quality and health of our plants while ensuring every customer receives the best possible product.
Key Responsibilities
- Daily watering, pruning, fertilizing, and plant maintenance.
- Care for flowering plants, indoor plants, fruit plants, orchids, bonsai, and ornamental varieties.
- Monitor plant health and control pests naturally.
- Prepare plants for safe packaging and nationwide delivery.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the nursery.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a nursery or gardening field is preferred.
- Good knowledge of plant care and seasonal maintenance.
- Physically fit and comfortable working outdoors.
- Passion for gardening and nature.
3. Digital Marketing & Social Media Executive
The Role

Key Responsibilities

Requirements
- Experience in Digital Marketing.
- Knowledge of Canva, Photoshop, or similar design tools.
