Please read our Refund & Returns Policy carefully before placing your order.
1. Nature of Our Products
Plants are natural, living products. Each plant is unique and may vary in:
- Height
- Shape
- Leaf Size
- Flowering Stage
- Colour Intensity
- Branch Structure
These natural variations are not considered defects and are not eligible for returns or refunds.
2. Eligible for Replacement or Refund
You may be eligible for a replacement or refund if:
- You received a damaged plant.
- You received the wrong product.
- Your order has missing items.
- The product was severely damaged during transit.
- The plant arrived dead or completely unusable.
To qualify, you must notify us within 24 hours of receiving your order.
3. Conditions for Claim
To process your request, please provide:
- Order Number
- Full Name
- Contact Number
- Clear Photos of the Product
- Photos of the Packaging
- Unboxing Video (Recommended)
- Brief Description of the Issue
Claims without sufficient evidence may be declined.
4. Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene, safety, and product quality reasons, the following items cannot be returned:
- Healthy Live Plants
- Seeds
- Fertilizers
- Potting Mix
- Plant Care Chemicals
- Gardening Tools (after use)
- Customized Orders
- Gift Cards
- Clearance or Sale Items (unless damaged)
5. Return Conditions
Returns are accepted only when:
- Approved by our support team.
- The product is unused (where applicable).
- The item is returned in its original packaging.
- The return request is made within the eligible period.
Customers should not return products without prior approval.
6. Replacement Policy
If your claim is approved, we may provide:
- A replacement plant
- A replacement product
- Store Credit
- Partial Refund
- Full Refund (where applicable)
The resolution depends on product availability and the nature of the issue.
7. Refund Process
Approved refunds will be processed through the original payment method.
Estimated refund timelines:
- UPI: 2–5 Business Days
- Debit/Credit Card: 5–7 Business Days
- Net Banking: 5–7 Business Days
- Wallet Payments: 2–5 Business Days
Processing time may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
8. Order Cancellation
Before Shipment
Orders may be cancelled before dispatch by contacting our customer support team.
If approved, a full refund will be issued.
After Shipment
Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been dispatched from our nursery.
9. Failed Deliveries
If delivery fails because:
- The delivery address is incorrect.
- The customer is unavailable.
- The phone number is unreachable.
- The customer refuses to accept the order.
the order may not be eligible for a refund. Additional shipping charges may apply for re-delivery.
10. Shipping Damage
If your package appears damaged:
- Take photographs before opening the parcel.
- Record an unboxing video whenever possible.
- Contact us immediately.
Damage reported after 24 hours of delivery may not qualify for replacement or refund.
11. Natural Plant Recovery
Plants may experience minor stress during transportation.
The following are considered normal and do not qualify for refunds:
- Minor Leaf Drop
- Slight Soil Displacement
- Temporary Wilting
- Colour Variation
- Delayed Flowering
- Minor Transit Stress
Most plants recover within a few days with proper care.
12. Incorrect Orders
If you receive a different product than what you ordered, please contact us within 24 hours.
After verification, we will arrange:
- Replacement, or
- Refund (if replacement is unavailable).
